Dr. Provence and her staff are very knowledgeable and have always answered every question I have had with a smile and have always been caring towards my dogs and me. I took my senior lab in for a mass on her leg as well as her annual vaccines, Dr. Arnold and her tech were amazing with her! The very next day our young dog had an urgent issue, and they got her in right away and took care of her! Dr. Arnold removed the mass from our lab and she's as good as new. Their prices are great, and everyone here has been wonderful to us and our pups!

Dr. Arnold and Kinley were great with Buddy, doing what they could to help his very anxious self. 😔 Dr. Arnold quickly determined what was wrong and then did what needed to be done. Both were great to answer questions. They expressed care and concern from the moment we met and throughout the visit. I received a "check-in call" from them the following day. Our golden retrievers are just as important as our human family. It's imperative to have people you trust taking care of your four-legged family members, especially when they are not able to speak literally for themselves. We will return to Chandler Animal Clinic when necessary. Thank you, Dr. Arnold & Miss Kinley! 😊

Dr. Provence is such a compassionate and sweet veterinarian. One of my kitties got sick with an upper respiratory infection despite being an indoor only cat. Being new in town we needed a vet that’s close by and one who could get us in quickly. Dr. Provence and the staff took such excellent care of Flower and got her well quickly. I also appreciate the fact they followed up to see how she was doing. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for all you’ve done. Every single person who works at this facility is soooo kind and friendly. I’d give 10 stars if I could rate that high. ❤️❤️❤️

My first experience with this vet was having my almost 18-year-old dog put to sleep. My first experience with cremation as well. They were so understanding, so caring, patient and kind. The few things I asked for, they graciously did for me. They got his remains back to me quickly. Thank you for making my heart at peace over this painful decision.

The staff was outstanding with my two dogs, I will continue taking them to Chandler Animal Clinic, I felt very comfortable leaving them there & the dogs (Rags & Maxi) enjoyed their visit.

I have to say that I am completely over the moon with their services. My goldendoodle was bit by a pygmy rattlesnake and we were able to get her in today and get her treated with the necessary meds. The girl that answered the phone was very helpful and so pleasant. The vet tech was also a joy & friendly. I'm very happy with all their kindness & consideration for my Oaklee. I will be back. BEST VET IN TOWN AND SURROUNDING AREAS! They’ve figured out any problems my dogs have had. My dog also had ACL surgery, and she’s healed wonderfully! Very thankful for this vet and how they care so much for their patients! ❤️
